Myofascial Release: Working with the connective tissue (fascia) to break up adhesions, soften and liquify the fascia, increase circulation thereby allowing for transportation of oxygen and nutrients to the cells and wastes and toxins from the cells. Available in 30, 60, 90 and 120 minute sessions.
Lymphatic Drainage: Moving static lymph to detox, reduce swelling, increase range of motion and decrease pain, using manual lymphatic drainage or gliding cupping, or a combination thereof, to move static lymph, reduce swelling, detox, increase range of motion and promote healing. Available in 30 minute sessions for one specific body area and in 60 or 90 minute sessions.
Therapeutic Cupping: Lifting tissue to break up adhesions, move lymph, increase circulation and treat scar tissue. Available in combination with Myofascial release sessions as well as stand alone in 30, 60, and 90 minute sessions.
CranioSacral Therapy: Gentle manipulation of the bones of the cranium and the sacrum, traction, combined with fascial diaphragmatic releases to relieve migraines, TMJ dysfunction and reset the nervous system. Available in 60, 90 and 120 minute sessions.
TMJD Treatments: Combining CranioSacral releases of the cranial bones and hard palate with myofascial release of the lateral pterygoid muscles of the jaw to create space and relieve jaw tension, pain and dysfunction. Available in 60 and 90 minute sessions.
Like a Prayer Energy Work: My own blend of hands on Reiki and intuitive energy work which may include the use of a singing bowl, tuning fork, and smudging with sage or holy wood. Available in 20 and 45 minute sessions.
